Appearing as a Delegation (Test)

All delegations requesting permission to appear before the Board or Committee of the Whole are required to submit a written request, to the RDN Administrative Services Department, outlining the presentation topic.

  • Committee of the Whole Meetings are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm.
  • Regular Board Meetings are generally held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm.

Both meetings take place in Board Chambers, in the RDN Administration Building, 6300 Hammond Bay Road, Nanaimo, BC, and are open to the public.
