Nanoose Bay Peninsula Water System Development Cost Charge Bylaw Technical Report

The Regional District of Nanaimo is currently developing a Development Cost Charge bylaw for the Nanoose Bay Peninsula Water Service Area to address development pressures from now to 2032. The attached draft report “Nanoose Bay Peninsula Water System Development Cost Charge Bylaw Technical Report” and the November 5, 2013 staff report to the Board, provide the information on project timing and costs and growth projections used to develop the proposed charges.
